Para que el\u00a0proceso de cancelaci\u00f3n de un Comprobante Fiscal Digital por Internet (CFDI) tenga efecto, implica que en ciertas situaciones, el receptor del documento deba aceptar tal cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>\n
<\/p>\n
Un art\u00edculo publicado por Fiscalia <\/em>explica que para cancelar una factura el emisor debe primero solicitar la cancelaci\u00f3n. Despu\u00e9s de haberla solicitado, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) informar\u00e1 al receptor sobre la solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n, quien puede hacer cualquiera de las siguientes aceptaciones de la cancelaci\u00f3n:<\/p>\n

Aceptaci\u00f3n expresa:<\/strong> es aquella en la que el receptor emite una respuesta de aceptaci\u00f3n de la cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
Aceptaci\u00f3n t\u00e1cita (por omisi\u00f3n):<\/strong> sucede cuando, transcurridos tres d\u00edas de haber recibido la solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n, el receptor no realiza ninguna acci\u00f3n, y el comprobante queda cancelado transcurrido dicho plazo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
De esta manera, el art\u00edculo indica que si el contribuyente receptor del documento no desea que la cancelaci\u00f3n proceda, debe rechazar expresamente tal cancelaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Procedimiento para rechazar la solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n
En el mismo art\u00edculo de Fiscal\u00eda explic\u00f3 que para rechazar la solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n, los contribuyentes pueden llevar el siguiente procedimiento en el portal de internet del SAT:<\/p>\n

Una vez recibida la solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n mediante buz\u00f3n tributario, el receptor del documento que desee rechazar esta cancelaci\u00f3n debe ingresar al buz\u00f3n, al apartado\u00a0\u201cMis Comunicados\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n
En\u00a0\u201cMis Comunicados\u201d<\/strong>, el contribuyente puede ver las solicitudes de cancelaci\u00f3n, en las que se lee el siguiente texto:\u00a0\u201cRecibiste una solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n de factura\u2026\u201d<\/strong>. Esto servir\u00e1 para ubicar las solicitudes de cancelaci\u00f3n que se desean rechazar.<\/li>\n
El contribuyente debe dirigirse a los\u00a0\u201cServicios de factura\u201d<\/strong>, y seleccionar la opci\u00f3n\u00a0\u201cConsultar solicitudes de cancelaci\u00f3n\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
Al ingresar a la herramienta, se podr\u00e1 ver el listado de facturas cuya cancelaci\u00f3n ha sido solicitada.<\/li>\n
Se debe seleccionar la factura o facturas, y se procede a pulsar sobre el bot\u00f3n\u00a0\u201cRechazar seleccionados\u201d<\/strong>. En seguida aparece un aviso de confirmaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
Se procede a confirmar, y el sistema solicitar\u00e1 los datos de la e.firma<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
Al firmar con \u00e9xito, aparece un mensaje de \u00e9xito y un acuse de recibo en formato PDF.<\/li>\n
Con esta acci\u00f3n el proceso ha concluido.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

La revista\u00a0destac\u00f3 que en este procedimiento se puede rechazar o aceptar la cancelaci\u00f3n de varios comprobantes al mismo tiempo. Tantos como aparezcan en el listado de CFDI con solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
